About Liebwein Recruitment
We are a specialized recruitment agency focused exclusively on technical and customer-facing roles within the electronics industry, with a strong emphasis on technical sales, application engineering, and related commercial positions. After more than 15 years of successful operation in Europe, we are expanding our presence in the U.S. market. We are looking for a driven Full-Desk Technical Sales & Engineering Recruiter to help grow and develop client relationships within a clearly defined niche. Total compensation depends entirely on individual results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle (360° / full-desk), including: Developing and growing client relationships, selective new business development, expanding existing accounts, client intake and role briefing, candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, and interviews, submission, interview coordination, offer management, and closing.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships within a focused segment of the electronics industry.
- Proactively identify and engage qualified technical sales and customer-facing engineering professionals.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline aligned with a niche market strategy.
- Work independently toward agreed performance goals with clear expectations and measurable outcomes.
- Contribute market insights and feedback to support the continued growth of our U.S. operations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a recruitment agency environment, ideally in a full-desk role.
- Experience recruiting technical, engineering, or technical sales profiles; exposure to electronics-related roles is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with revenue responsibility.
- Solid understanding of the U.S. recruitment market.
- Professional-level English communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- German language skills are a plus, but not required.
- Highly self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working with autonomy.

- Remote-first role (work from anywhere in the U.S.).
- Clear performance-based compensation model.
- High autonomy and outcome-driven environment.
- Opportunity to help grow a focused U.S. recruitment operation within an established European firm.
