To support its sustained and robust growth, Liebwein Recruitment is seeking an Account Development Specialist EMEA Polish on behalf of this client.
Tasks of the Account Development Specialist EMEA Polish
- Active contribution within an international sales team to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Identification and development of business opportunities within a diverse customer portfolio.
- Implementation of strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
- Promotion of digital processes and initiatives to enhance efficiency in sales.
- Close collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, and Product Management.
- Analysis of market and customer data to derive new sales opportunities.
- Participation in trade fairs and customer events to drive business development.
Requirements for this Role
- Initial experience in international sales, account management, or a comparable position.
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and willingness to learn new tools.
- Excellent in English and Polish; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and a strategic mindset.
- Basic understanding of technical products and market trends.
