Job Overview

Join Liebherr Group as a Werkstudent Customer Service Internship at our Ulm location. In this role, you will support our customer service operations through various administrative and communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support mailbox management and process incoming emails.
  • Handle customer and partner emails via ticket system.
  • Forward tickets to the appropriate departments.
  • Review and assess inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer service billing.

Your Profile

  • Enrolled as a regular student at a college/university (any field of study).
  • Careful, logical, and detail-oriented work style.
  • High level of responsibility and reliability.
  • Enjoy working on a PC with excellent MS Office skills and strong IT affinity.
  • Fluent in German both written and spoken.
  • For Werkstudent position, availability of at least 15 hours per week (flexibly scheduled Monday-Friday between 6:30 and 19:00).
