Job Overview
Join Liebherr Group as a Werkstudent Customer Service Internship at our Ulm location. In this role, you will support our customer service operations through various administrative and communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support mailbox management and process incoming emails.
- Handle customer and partner emails via ticket system.
- Forward tickets to the appropriate departments.
- Review and assess inquiries and issues.
- Assist in the preparation of customer service billing.
Your Profile
- Enrolled as a regular student at a college/university (any field of study).
- Careful, logical, and detail-oriented work style.
- High level of responsibility and reliability.
- Enjoy working on a PC with excellent MS Office skills and strong IT affinity.
- Fluent in German both written and spoken.
- For Werkstudent position, availability of at least 15 hours per week (flexibly scheduled Monday-Friday between 6:30 and 19:00).
