Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dublin, allowing flexibility for some work from home. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving market growth. Daily tasks include generating leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with technical teams to align solutions with client needs. You will also monitor market trends and represent the company at industry events and presentations.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in the Lighting and Lighting control's specification business development, sales, and negotiation
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Effective communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Analytical abilities for market research and trend analysis
- Experience in the lighting or electrical industry is an advantage
