Libra AI has secured $1mn in pre-seed funding to develop an agentic work OS. This platform integrates over 250 enterprise tools, utilizing AI agents to automate workflows across HR, finance, sales, and operations. We are currently in soft launch and are expanding our founding team in Bengaluru.

The Role

We are seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle for Libra's agentic workflows. You will operate at the convergence of our AI/ML stack, engineering, and go-to-market teams, transforming user challenges into functional, shipped products. This is a full-time position based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. A hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 4 days in the office is expected.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the product roadmap for core agentic capabilities, including scoping, prioritization, and end-to-end feature delivery.
• Define specifications for AI-powered workflows, such as multi-step agent pipelines, semantic search, and integration orchestration, in close collaboration with the engineering team.
• Drive execution rigor by unblocking engineers, maintaining realistic timelines, and adjusting scope as necessary.
• Implement rapid iteration cycles: ship, measure, learn, and repeat. Define success metrics and maintain accountability.
• Engage directly with early customers and design partners to validate product concepts and conduct user discovery to shape the roadmap.
• Coordinate effectively across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure seamless product launches.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, with a preference for AI/ML or developer tools.
• Proven track record of shipping products, not just managing backlogs.
• Strong technical intuition, with comfort discussing LLM architectures, API design, and agent orchestration patterns.
• Familiarity with agentic AI patterns, including tool use, multi-step reasoning, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• A bias for speed and clarity, prioritizing efficient execution over excessive process.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce crisp specifications.
• Startup mentality: thrives in ambiguity, enjoys small teams, embraces high ownership, and iterates rapidly without compromising quality.
• Proficiency with tools like Lovable and Claude Code for rapid prototyping and idea validation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS or workflow automation platforms.
• Background in Libra's core domains: HR, finance, or sales operations.
• Experience in defining and executing experiments with clear success metrics.
