In a context of strong growth, we are recruiting our future Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a true strategic and operational pillar, capable of structuring the finance function and supporting the company's growth.

Your Missions:

Financial Steering & Reporting:

• Implement reliable and structured financial reporting (P&L, cash-flow, KPIs).
• Analyze global performance (revenue, margins, costs) and provide concrete recommendations.
• Build simple and useful dashboards for management.
• Supervise accounting in liaison with external firms.

Cash Management:

• Manage daily cash flow.
• Implement reliable and evolving cash flow forecasts.
• Anticipate cash shortages and propose solutions.
• Structure financial flows (receipts, disbursements, bad debts).

Financial Strategy & Support:

• Support founders in their strategic decisions.
• Build budgets and forecasts.
• Develop business plans and growth scenarios.
• Act as a sparring partner to the CEO.

Tax, Legal & Compliance:

• Secure tax issues (VAT, international structuring...).
• Oversee legal and contractual aspects.
• Act as the interface with accounting, tax, and legal firms.
• Ensure overall company compliance.

Structuring & Scaling:

• Implement simple, efficient, and scalable financial processes.
• Participate in the selection and deployment of tools (e.g., Hubspot, Dext).
• Automate flows and catch up on any delays.
• Recruit and progressively structure a finance team.

Profile Sought:

Experience:

• At least 10 to 15 years of experience as a CFO, DAF, or Senior Finance Manager.
• Experience in international environments with complex tax issues.
• Proven track record in structuring and growing a company (start-up, scale-up, or SME).
• Experience with significant financial volumes and managing substantial flows.
• Team management experience, ideally remote.
• Experience in digital/infopreneurship is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficiency in financial reporting and cash flow management.
• Solid understanding of international tax and legal issues.
• Ability to structure financial processes and systems.
• Skill in simplifying finance for non-financial teams.
• Comfort with digital tools (Hubspot proficiency is a plus).
• Combines strategic vision with execution capability.

• Ability to work under pressure in sometimes uncertain contexts.
