About the Role

The Project Manager, Transformation Management Office at Liberty Mutual Insurance plays a key role in shaping the future of GRS as part of the Bridge to Excellence vision and Strategy 2030. You will lead complex, enterprise-wide transformation projects from initiation to close-out.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of transformation projects.
  • Define business cases, objectives, scope, success criteria, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed plans including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Implement strong governance structures to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among workstreams, vendors, and teams.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement with clear reporting and dashboards.
  • Identify and resolve project risks/issues early.
  • Champion continuous improvement and capture lessons learned.
  • Lead project close-out activities to validate deliverables and benefits.

Qualifications

Strong project management knowledge and proficiency with project management tools are required. A relevant certification is preferred. You should have excellent communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is needed with a preference for advanced degrees. Minimum of 8 years of project management experience is required.
