Job Overview
The Director User Research leads a team within the Experience Research team to improve the customer experience. This role requires planning and executing complex research initiatives, prioritizing work, and supporting the growth and development of a two-member research team. The position engages with senior stakeholders in the U.S. Retail Markets and transforms research insights into tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a customer experience research team.
- Plan and execute complex, custom research initiatives.
- Integrate diverse research insights and industry data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, Product, Process, and Technology.
- Communicate findings for senior and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 8+ years UX Research experience in an agile setting.
- Bachelor’s in Human Factors/HCI, Master’s preferred.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Skilled in data-driven storytelling and visualizations.
- Proficiency with tools like Qualtrics, UserZoom, and Microsoft Office.
