In today’s data-driven landscape, effectively managing and harnessing data is key to unlocking an organization’s full potential. As the Director Data Management and Solutions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in advancing and maturing Data Governance fundamentals in collaboration with enterprise stakeholders.

You will lead a team of data stewards responsible for delivering high-quality, well-governed data sets for analytical users across the enterprise, focusing on talent-related data domains.

Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing data pipelines and curating data views.
• Establishing catalog and lineage documentation.
• Implementing robust data quality measures and governance frameworks.
• Maintaining business glossaries and classifying data elements.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop new data pipelines.

This role demands strong leadership to mentor staff, oversee data quality metrics, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with Agile practices and process management is valued. Candidates should have 7 to 10+ years of experience in data management, data warehousing, or unstructured data environments along with experience in defining and executing data governance policies.
