Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of contract analysts and provide technical guidance
  • Utilize personal lines insurance product and contract expertise to shape strategy
  • Develop product strategies and new contract concepts
  • Implement process improvements and establish best practices
  • Conduct high complexity forms and policy language analysis
  • Perform quality reviews and ensure team output quality
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and stay updated on market trends
  • Oversee report/dashboard development for key insights
  • Hire, develop, coach, and provide compensation recommendations
  • Align individual performance objectives to departmental goals

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has advanced knowledge of data sources, tools, software applications, and business drivers. A deep understanding of business operations, policies and market conditions is essential. A demonstrated ability to influence, engage employees, and promote collaboration is required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is needed, with an advanced degree preferred, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
