Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Coverage & Contracts Manager. This role requires an experienced insurance contract and forms leader, specializing in property policy language drafting, forms compliance, process improvement, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of contract analysts and provide technical guidance
- Utilize personal lines insurance product and contract expertise to shape strategy
- Develop product strategies and new contract concepts
- Implement process improvements and establish best practices
- Conduct high complexity forms and policy language analysis
- Perform quality reviews and ensure team output quality
- Conduct competitive intelligence and stay updated on market trends
- Oversee report/dashboard development for key insights
- Hire, develop, coach, and provide compensation recommendations
- Align individual performance objectives to departmental goals
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has advanced knowledge of data sources, tools, software applications, and business drivers. A deep understanding of business operations, policies and market conditions is essential. A demonstrated ability to influence, engage employees, and promote collaboration is required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is needed, with an advanced degree preferred, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
