About The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Payroll and HR Assistant to join our team at Liberty Entertainment Group. You will support day-to-day payroll processing and HR administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accurate and timely payroll processing by verifying and reconciling employee timesheets
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR data is current and accurate
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, HR policies, and employment verification or letter requests
- Support staffing and recruitment logistics, including posting job openings
- Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and documentation
- Contribute to ongoing HR and payroll projects
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in payroll, HR or administrative roles; strong attention to detail; familiarity with payroll systems like Ceridian Dayforce and Powepay; excellent communication; ability to handle confidential information; and a team player eager to learn are essential.
Nice To Have
Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.
