The Role: Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at Libeen. We are looking for a candidate with solid agency experience, accustomed to managing end-client accounts, optimizing budgets, iterating creatives, and meticulously measuring every euro invested. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing our entire acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and new channels, with a clear objective: to continuously improve the funnel conversion rate (CR) and reduce the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). We need a continuous testing mindset, unafraid to experiment, and eager to improve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meta Ads: End-to-end campaign management (prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes) including structure, segmentation, budgeting, and bidding. Agile creative iteration: designing A/B tests for copies, formats (static, video, carousel, reels), and audiences. Mastery of Ads Manager and Meta Pixel / CAPI, including diagnosing attribution issues.
  • Google Ads: Management of Search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns. Optimization of Smart Bidding, Quality Score, and Asset Groups in P.Max. Proficiency in Google Tag Manager for tracking implementation and auditing.
  • CRO and Conversion: Analysis of funnels and user behavior with Clarity. Design and execution of A/B tests on landing pages (copy, UX, CTAs). Coordination with design and development teams to implement conversion-focused changes.
  • New Channel Testing & Implementation: Identification, proposal, and testing of new acquisition channels (TikTok Ads, Programmatic, Affiliation, etc.) to reduce CAC and improve global funnel CR. Designing experiments with clear hypotheses, defined metrics, and criteria for scaling or discarding. Developing a portfolio of channels to diversify traffic sources and improve efficiency.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Focused on two core KPIs: acquisition funnel CR and CAC. All reporting must address these first. Configuration and auditing of GA4: events, conversions, audiences, attribution. Building dashboards in Looker Studio connected to multiple sources (Google Ads, Meta, GA4) with a focus on CR visibility by channel and CAC evolution. Ability to extract actionable insights and communicate them clearly to various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital performance marketing, with at least 2-3 years in an agency managing end-client accounts.
  • Proven track record of managing medium-to-high budgets with real impact on CAC and conversion.
  • True mastery of GA4 and Looker Studio: capable of building serious dashboards with blended data sources, not just reading reports.
  • Proven experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, P.Max, YouTube).
  • Analytical mindset: uncomfortable when something isn't measured, and acts on data rather than intuition.
  • Proactive in testing and iterating quickly, learning even faster.
  • Ability to communicate results clearly, without unnecessary technical jargon, to any audience.
  • Autonomous and capable of setting priorities without micromanagement.
