Overview

The IT Business Developer role at LHH is dedicated to driving the complete sales cycle for innovative software solutions. You will engage in prospecting, lead qualification, presenting value propositions, and closing deals while managing existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients via calls, emails, and lead management.
  • Collaborate with prospects to understand needs and present solutions.
  • Manage the sales funnel through CRM updates and coordinated team efforts.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with continuous support and follow-up.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly targets and key performance indicators.
  • Engage in post-sale follow-ups and promote additional sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on product trends, market needs, and industry innovations.

Requirements

  • University degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields (desirable).
  • Native Spanish speaker with advanced English (C1); other European languages a plus.
  • 2-3 years of internal sales or commercial experience, preferably in technical/product environments.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for opportunity tracking and management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a problem-solving orientation.
