Join LGI Homes as a New Home Sales Consultant and play a key role in driving success at our Velare at Twelve Bridges community. We are looking for passionate sales professionals who thrive on success, excel in customer service, and are motivated by working in a commission-based environment.

Role Responsibilities

As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will guide homebuyers through the homeownership process using our proven LGI way. Your responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with potential homebuyers face-to-face and via phone.
  • Meeting company standards to achieve lucrative commission and bonus earnings.
  • Working weekends and maintaining a valid driver's license.

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive compensation package with unlimited earning potential:

  • Total Compensation: $166,660 – $397,180+.
  • 1.5% commission on closed sales.
  • Paid bonuses based on sales achievements.
  • Hourly base compensation of approximately $33,280.
  • Additional benefits including car and phone allowance, medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, employee stock purchase plan, and a new home discount.
