Role Summary

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Growth and collaborating closely with the VP of Construction and project teams, the Business Development Manager identifies, sources, and nurtures new business opportunities for LG Builders. The role aims to generate high-quality leads that convert into bid invitations and negotiated project opportunities through building relationships with developers, owners, architects, brokers, and other market influencers in commercial real estate and construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Attend trade shows, industry events, and meetings to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop, manage, and execute sales strategies across target sectors.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system (HubSpot preferred) to track sales activities.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and KPIs to refine strategies.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven network in commercial real estate and construction.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Undergraduate degree with at least 5 years in relationship-driven roles.
  • Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is preferred.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and skilled at building client relationships.
