The Solutions Consulting team partners with organizations to solve complex risk problems, directly impacting customers' ability to mitigate and manage risk.
About the Job
The Solutions Consultant is a subject matter expert who assists sales, professional services, product, and market planning teams with direct client engagement. In this role, you will provide technical support, product knowledge, and deployment guidance through presentations, demonstrations, and solution design. You will support Alliance sales in working with channel partners and resellers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales reps to promote LNRS services to customers and partners.
- Present anti-fraud products and services, detailing technical functionality and best practices.
- Respond to inquiries about performance, functionality, and security.
- Analyze competitive landscapes for anti-fraud and LNRS services.
- Identify customer challenges and generate scoping documents and statements of work.
- Collaborate with professional services on post-sale customer support activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and support marketing events.
- Prepare and answer complex technical questions and RFP/RFI documentation.
- Engage with client technical teams to ensure business and technical requirements are met.
- Develop solution components in coordination with Professional Services.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of industry experience, particularly in security, cyber security, fraud, payments, or related industries. Strong technical skills in software development (using Python, JavaScript, C, Swift, etc.), familiarity with internet protocols, and data formats are essential. Additional competencies include consultative ability, organizational skills, presentation skills, and relationship building. Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM technology, and related workflow software is preferred.
