Collaboration will be key, as you'll work closely with internal product and engineering teams, customer-facing account teams, and external business leaders and risk managers to build comprehensive policies that protect billions in revenue against sophisticated attackers.

- Business Intelligence and Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports to track the value delivered by our solutions, with an increasing emphasis on creating bespoke, external-facing dashboards that highlight the most critical insights for each customer.
- Presentation: Leverage your strong attention to detail and ability to tell a compelling story through data. Deliver industry-leading presentations to external and executive audiences, effectively communicating complex data to non-technical backgrounds.
- Customer Focus: Scope, plan, and deliver customer-centric projects, including root cause analysis, reports, dashboards, rule mining, and health checks. Maintain a professional and customer-centric demeanor when interacting directly with customers via various channels.
- Collaborate: Work effectively with various ThreatMetrix teams globally, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and other Professional Services colleagues, to continuously refine best practices.
