About the Appeals Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- 2 to 4+ years of law firm billing and appeals experience.
- Experience with Aderant, Elite, LawTime and familiarity with BillBlast or eBillingHub.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook with strong technology and communication skills.
- Ability to create and present complex data and reports.
- Detail-oriented and customer service focused with a proactive approach.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if needed.
