Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • 2 to 4+ years of law firm billing and appeals experience.
  • Experience with Aderant, Elite, LawTime and familiarity with BillBlast or eBillingHub.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook with strong technology and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and present complex data and reports.
  • Detail-oriented and customer service focused with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if needed.
