About the role

Growth Marketing Manager

Do you want to optimize more than just a single channel, but strategically expand the market presence of an entire brand? Do you understand marketing as it is today – the orchestration of all channels for systematic demand generation, combined with the clever use of AI tools to take visibility and lead generation to the next level? Then this is your role.

At Siloy DACH, with TRIALTA and LEVR, we bundle the leading HubSpot expertise in the German-speaking region – as part of the European Siloy platform and HubSpot Global Partner of the Year. For our growth, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will strategically and operationally expand our own presence and be responsible for demand generation for Mid-Market (50–300 employees) and Enterprise (up to approx. 3,000 employees).

Ideally at our location in Berlin or Hannover.

Your Tasks

  • Orchestrate Demand Generation: You will strategically expand our market presence and combine Paid (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), SEO/Content, Webinars, and Events into a coordinated lead engine – instead of isolated channel measures.
  • Productively Use AI Tools for Visibility: You will strategically employ modern AI tools to scale our reach – from content production and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to campaign automation. We want to be at the forefront, not just follow along.
  • Systematically Build Pipeline: You will be responsible for pipeline contribution from marketing – from channel selection and campaign planning to handover to Sales. CPL, MQL-Cost, and Pipeline Contribution are your key performance indicators.
  • Target Group Splitting Mid-Market vs. Enterprise: You will clearly differentiate between Mid-Market (self-service capable, faster cycles) and Enterprise (ABM logic, longer buying committees) and run the appropriate channels and content for each.
  • Reporting & Attribution in HubSpot: You will make the impact of your work transparent – even across the long multi-touch customer journeys that are a reality in B2B.
  • Optional: Support in Customer Projects: Where it fits and you're interested, you can also contribute your expertise situationally in customer projects – as an internal sparring partner or directly in delivery.

Your Profile

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B Growth or Demand Generation Marketing – at an agency, a SaaS company, or in an in-house marketing team.
  • Orchestration Mindset: You think in funnels and channel mixes, not in individual campaigns. You recognize which lever to pull next and can justify it.
  • Hands-on Paid Media Experience: You have set up and optimized LinkedIn, Google, and Meta campaigns with relevant budgets yourself – even if your role here will be more about steering than clicking.
  • AI Affinity with Substance: You actively work with modern AI tools, have an opinion on what works and what is marketing theater, and independently experiment with new approaches.
  • SEO/GEO Understanding: You understand keyword strategy, technical SEO in its basics, and have a stance on how visibility is changing under LLM search behavior.
  • Webinar and Event Routine: You have built at least one format yourself from concept to follow-up – ideally with a measurable pipeline contribution.
  • HubSpot Affinity: You don't have to be able to build all workflows blindly, but you work in them daily – Marketing Hub, UTM tracking, reporting, lists, segmentation. Those who know HubSpot in depth have a clear advantage with us.
  • Data-Driven Thinking: You make decisions based on numbers, not gut feeling – and can explain them.
  • Languages: Negotiable German is mandatory, very good English for collaboration within the European Siloy Group.

Why Us?

  • A Real B2B Brand with Substance: Siloy is HubSpot Global Partner of the Year. TRIALTA and LEVR have an excellent reputation in DACH – you are building on a foundation, not from scratch.
  • Scope for Design Instead of a Pigeonhole Role: You will be responsible for our marketing presence with real authority. Strategy, budget, channel mix, tooling – you shape it, rather than working through predefined playbooks.
  • Budget That Works: We invest seriously in demand generation. You will have the resources to test channels properly and introduce AI tools productively.
  • Tech Stack Without Compromise: HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise, cleanly set up by people who professionally implement HubSpot. Plus the AI and marketing tools you really need.
  • European Peer Network: You will exchange ideas with marketing colleagues from other Siloy regions – Benelux, Nordics, Switzerland, UK&I. Best practices instead of a bubble.
  • Hybrid Work: Office days in Berlin, Hannover, or Nuremberg, otherwise flexible. We meet regionally regularly, and the entire Siloy Group comes together once a year.
  • Attractive Salary Package: Fixed salary plus a target-based component, company pension plan, and the usual benefits – details will be discussed in the initial interview.
  • Substantive Further Training: INBOUND conference, HubSpot certifications, conference budget. We believe that good marketers learn continuously.
