Overview
At Levi Strauss & Co., authenticity matters. As the Retail Construction Project Manager, you will oversee DTC retail store construction and renovation projects from planning to closeout. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to brand standards while coordinating with internal partners and external vendors.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage project lifecycle from approval to punch list completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal teams.
- Oversee permit procurement, budget control, and change order negotiations.
- Review construction drawings and monitor quality control.
- Collaborate with multiple departments including Real Estate, Design, Operations, Finance, IT, and Marketing.
About You
You bring 8+ years of project management experience with at least 5 years in apparel retail construction. You are proficient with project management software including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), have strong budgeting skills, and are capable of reviewing architectural and engineering drawings. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience. Frequent travel (1-2 times per month) is expected.
