Overview
At Levi Strauss & Co., be yourself and drive impact through technology. The Engineering Lead will drive the Workforce Management track (WFM) using ProWFM by UKG, integrating it with enterprise systems using Boomi, Mulesoft, BTP, and more.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of end-to-end WFM solutions using UKG products (ProWFM, SWP, Datahub) and integration platforms.
- Utilize AI to enhance workflow processes in timekeeping, absence management, advanced scheduling, and forecasting.
- Perform detailed business requirements analysis to shape system design and guide product teams.
- Architect integration flows between ProWFM and systems like HRIS, payroll, ERP, and reporting tools.
- Design secure and scalable Boomi integration solutions ensuring minimal latency and accurate data exchange.
- Develop technical documentation comprising design specs, user guides, and training materials.
- Oversee data pipelines and automation processes while ensuring compliance with security and data governance policies.
- Collaborate with teams using Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (Jenkins, GitHub) for CI/CD.
- Guide and mentor team members in technical best practices and problem-solving.
Technical Expertise
- Cloud-based application deployment (preferably on GCP).
- Programming in Java and Python.
- API management and event-driven integration using REST APIs and web services.
- Containerization tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures.
- Database management with RDBMS, NoSQL systems, Postgres, BigQuery.
- Understanding of security practices including authentication, encryption, and GDPR.
About You
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, with 3+ years focused on UKG ProWFM implementations. A bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required.
Additional Information
This role is remote within the USA and offers a competitive salary starting from 97,800 up to 162,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Levi Strauss & Co. provides a comprehensive rewards package including 401(k), health insurance, paid leave, product discounts and more.
