The Opportunity: Audit Manager

What You’ll Do as an Audit Manager

  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to issuance.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop Senior Associates and Associates.
  • Serve as a primary client contact and trusted advisor.
  • Review workpapers, financial statements, and technical accounting matters.
  • Research and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on practice growth and process improvement.
  • Identify value-add opportunities for clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of public accounting experience with an audit focus.
  • Active CPA license.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS.
  • Experience managing audit teams and multiple engagements.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • A leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring.
  • Desire to grow within a progressive, expanding firm.
