About the Role

As a Solutions Architect at Level AI, you will serve as both a technical escalation point and subject matter expert for the Customer Delivery and Sales teams. You will demonstrate how the Level AI platform can be configured and integrated with various systems to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate Level AI’s infrastructure to diverse audiences.
• Spearhead technical discussions and support pre- and post-sales activities.
• Develop tactical solutions to optimize customer workflows on Level AI.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and engineering on POC solutions.
• Assist with onboarding through managing telephony and data integrations.
• Support secure SFTP file transfers and maintain data integrity.
• Lead technical discovery sessions addressing client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our AI-powered customer support solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a hands-on technical role with 1+ years in integration engineering or SaaS/cloud solutions.
• Strong experience with APIs, cloud services, and CRM integrations such as Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for process automation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts.
• Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills with a self-motivated attitude.

Optional Requirements

• Experience with Telephony Systems such as AWS Connect, Five9, and Genesys.
