About the Role

The MDM Solutions Architect is responsible for providing pre-sales and technical post-sales support for customers adopting mobile device management (MDM) solutions. This hybrid role combines technical expertise with consultative engagement to ensure successful implementation and scaling of MDM solutions across industries including logistics, retail, healthcare, and field services.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales Support & Solution Design: Serve as primary technical expert for evaluations, demos, and positioning of MDM solutions. Collaborate with the Sales team to translate customer requirements into technical configurations and deployment strategies. Deliver tailored product demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations. Assist with proposals, solution documentation, and RFI/RFP responses.
  • Implementation & Technical Enablement: Support customer onboarding and initial system configuration. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software, device provisioning, and integrations. Train customer IT teams and create technical documentation and guides.
  • Customer Success & Support: Act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle. Provide technical escalation support and monitor deployments to optimize long-term success. Gather customer feedback and relay product improvement ideas.
  • Collaboration & Growth Enablement: Collaborate with Marketing for MDM-focused collateral, case studies, and thought leadership. Identify new opportunities within existing customer accounts and stay up-to-date with platform features and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years in MDM, endpoint management, or enterprise mobility.
  • Deep familiarity with MDM platforms and technical troubleshooting skills, especially with Android, Windows, and ruggedized devices.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in technical sales processes including demos, POCs, and RFPs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer meetings, onboarding, and events.
