Overview

Levanta is the leading affiliate marketing platform for marketplace sellers, helping Amazon and Walmart brands accelerate their growth through direct affiliate partnerships. The Events & Community Coordinator role is designed to bring Levanta’s brand to life with exceptional seller-focused experiences.

Role Responsibilities

Event Coordination & Execution:

  • Plan and execute Levanta’s global seller events including conferences, partner activations, virtual events, local meetups, and the first owned conference in 2026.
  • Manage event logistics such as vendor coordination, travel, swag production, budgeting, and event support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, content, design, operations) to deliver consistent brand messaging.

Seller Community Engagement:

  • Engage with seller community on Slack, forums, and social channels.
  • Support programs like virtual and in-person AMAs, spotlight stories, and discussions.
  • Monitor community conversations and manage review platform presence.

Reporting & Optimization:

  • Track and maintain performance metrics with clear KPIs.
  • Compile post-event and community recaps with actionable insights.
  • Support budget tracking and vendor documentation for efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years in event coordination and community engagement, ideally in B2B or e-commerce.
  • Proven ability to execute high-quality events with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with online community engagement and metrics tracking.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to scale event and community programs.
