At Levande, we create vibrant retirement communities where people feel connected and at home. We’re seeking a highly organised Administrative Team Assistant to support our National Refurbishment Manager and team in delivering quality unit refurbishments across our retirement living portfolio.
This is a key administration role focused on coordination, documentation and financial processing to ensure refurbishment projects run smoothly.
This Melbourne-based hybrid role is offered on a max term contract until September 2026, providing stability while contributing to a significant national program of work.
The Role
- Managing the Refurbishment Team inbox and coordinating requests
- Preparing and administering quotes, purchase orders and builder documentation
- Processing invoices for approved works
- Maintaining contractor compliance and documentation registers
- Preparing basic financial and KPI reports (including unit turnover estimates)
- Supporting meetings with builders and internal stakeholders
- Providing general administrative support to the team
About You
You are organised, detail-focused and confident working across multiple tasks at once.
- Strong administration and accounts experience (property or building industry experience preferred)
- Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with contractors and internal teams
- Sound commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
