Job Description

Mission of the Role

To manage the company's financial area and coordinate Human Resources processes, ensuring economic control, treasury planning, regulatory compliance, and financial support to management for decision-making.

Main Functions

1. Financial Management and Economic Control
  • Supervision and control of general accounting (in coordination with external advisors if applicable).
  • Bank reconciliation and control.
  • Preparation and monitoring of annual budgets.
  • Cost control and deviation analysis.
  • Preparation of periodic financial reports for Management.
  • Profitability analysis by projects and business lines.
  • Monitoring of margins and cost structure.
  • Financial control of subsidized projects.
  • Administrative and economic support in the management of projects and grants.

2. Treasury and Banking Relationship
  • Planning and monitoring of cash flows.
  • Management and forecasting of liquidity needs.
  • Control and relationship with banking entities.
  • Negotiation of financial conditions (credit lines, policies, financing).
  • Supervision and planning of strategic payments.

3. Invoicing and Collections Management
  • Issuance and control of invoicing.
  • Supervision of the complete invoicing process.
  • Monitoring of collections and claims for unpaid invoices.
  • Control of client financial risk.

4. Taxation, Audit, and Regulatory Compliance
  • Supervision of compliance with tax and accounting obligations.
  • Ensuring that accounting is up-to-date and correct.
  • Coordination with tax and labor advisors.
  • Support in internal and external audits.
  • Supervision of compliance with Data Protection Law.
  • Management of business secrets and documentary confidentiality.
  • Control of regulatory compliance in economic and labor matters.

5. Human Resources
Economic and Labor Management
  • Supervision of the payroll process in coordination with labor advisors.
  • Control and analysis of salary costs.
  • Preparation of the annual personnel budget.
  • Monitoring of employment contracts and expirations.
Operational Labor Management
  • Coordination of hires, terminations, and contractual modifications.
  • Control of work calendar, vacations, time tracking, and absences.
  • Coordination with the occupational risk prevention service.
  • Custody and control of labor documentation.

Required Profile

  • Education in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Finance, or similar.
  • Valuable Advanced Vocational Training in Administration and Finance with consolidated experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial management.
  • Experience in labor coordination and relationship with advisors.
  • Solid knowledge of financial and analytical accounting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • Analytical, organized, discreet profile with a global business vision.
