We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to build a modern intranet and document management system based on SharePoint Online. In this role, you will not only design portals but also actively shape the digital collaboration of our entire corporate group. After successfully building our intranet, you will increasingly contribute your expertise to client projects, advising on modern SharePoint solutions – especially around Copilot – and developing suitable concepts with our clients. You can expect a high degree of creative freedom, real responsibility, and the productive use of modern Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conception, architecture, and implementation of a modern intranet in SharePoint Online.
• Building a structured document control system in SharePoint.
• Integration of a powerful search function within the M365 environment.
• Gathering requirements, developing suitable solution concepts, and documenting them.
• Developing SPFx solutions (React, TypeScript) and integrating third-party services via APIs.
• Automating processes with Power Automate and Power Apps, visualizing with Power BI.
• Establishing governance, security, and authorization models and ensuring their compliance.
• Providing technical consulting and close collaboration with internal departments.
• Creating understandable documentation and training materials for users.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or university degree in computer science or comparable qualifications.
• Profound experience with SharePoint Online and modern SharePoint technologies (SPFx), along with very good knowledge of React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SASS.
• Experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), knowledge of Copilot or Power BI.
• Strong communication skills in German & English, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Hands-on mentality, service-oriented work, and enjoyment of independent implementation.
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving competence.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Dataverse.
• Experience with Accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and testing.
