The Data Systems Analyst ensures Leonardo’s data is consistent, reliable, and trustworthy, enabling every team to move faster and make smarter decisions.

Working at the intersection of analytics, product, and engineering, you will design and govern data flows to give a unified picture of our products and growth channels. Your efforts will bring clarity to our data streams and ensure accuracy in reporting, ultimately empowering leadership and teams alike.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Data Reliability: Validate and maintain consistency of event data.
  • Collaborate with Engineers: Ensure accurate event tracking and serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Governance and Scalable Tracking: Define naming conventions, metadata standards, and ensure documentation is maintained.
  • Diagnose and Fix Issues: Investigate data discrepancies and resolve misconfigurations.
  • Enable Business Insights: Provide clean, validated data for accurate performance tracking.

Skills We Love

  • 3+ years in analytics, marketing analytics, or data operations.
  • Solid understanding of event-based tracking and behavioural data models.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with Heap, LaunchDarkly, Braze, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical explanations.
  • Detail-driven and proactive in maintaining data quality and documentation.
