The Role

As a Data Systems Analyst, you will ensure Leonardo’s data is consistent, reliable, and trustworthy, enabling every team to move faster and make smarter decisions.

You will sit at the intersection of analytics, product, and engineering, designing and governing how data flows through our systems. Your work will bring clarity to disparate data sources and empower teams with accurate, unified metrics.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Data Reliability: Validate and maintain event data consistency across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with Engineers: Ensure accurate event tracking and bridge communication.
  • Governance and Scalable Tracking: Establish event naming conventions and metadata standards.
  • Diagnose and Fix Issues: Resolve discrepancies between systems and correct tracking errors.
  • Enable Business Insights: Provide clean, validated data for accurate performance tracking.

Skills We Love

  • 3+ years in analytics, marketing analytics, or data operations roles.
  • Solid understanding of event-based tracking and behavioural data models.
  • Proficient in GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with Heap, LaunchDarkly, Braze or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
