The Role

As a Data Systems Analyst, you will ensure Leonardo’s data is consistent, reliable, and trustworthy, enabling teams to move faster and make smarter decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own Data Reliability: Validate and maintain the consistency of event data.
  • Collaborate with Engineers: Ensure proper implementation of event tracking.
  • Governance and Scalable Tracking: Define naming conventions and standards.
  • Diagnose and Fix Issues: Investigate discrepancies between systems.
  • Enable Business Insights: Provide clean, validated data for accurate metrics.

Skills We Love

  • 3+ years in analytics, marketing analytics, or data operations.
  • Solid understanding of event-based tracking and behavioural models.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with tools like Heap, LaunchDarkly, or Braze.
  • Excellent communicator, organized, and detail-driven.
