Typical Work Involved

You will engage in:

• Concept studies and early technology application exploration
• Defining stakeholder requirements for new systems
• Designing and prototyping detailed system models in Simulink and Matlab
• Collaborating with engineers to integrate and test sub-systems
• Investigating anomalies using real trial data
• Mentoring and coaching fellow engineers

Technology & Project Areas

Work spans across Naval, Land, and Air applications with emphasis on communications, force protection, electronic warfare, sensors integration, and precision guidance systems.

What You’ll Bring

Proven systems engineering experience or advanced research background with a science-based Honours degree or equivalent. Experience in areas like RF systems, digital signal processing, electro-optic systems, computer vision, multi-sensor data fusion, real time simulation, and system architecture is ideal. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial.

Security Clearance

This role requires pre-employment screening per UK Government standards, with additional National Security Vetting based on eligibility for SC or DV.
