Job Overview
The English Call Center Representative position involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, delivering an excellent customer experience, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required and fully paid training will be provided from home. Candidates with a B2+ or C1 English level are encouraged to apply. The role is available in two locations: Cairo (Smart Village) and Alexandria (Smouha), with a hybrid work arrangement.
Compensation & Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary with additional KPIs (up to 20,000 EGP), along with a hybrid work model.
