Job Overview

Exciting Web Producer opportunity with an established firm. This is a 6-month contract position that may extend. The role is 100% remote, with a preference for candidates who can work East Coast hours. The pay rate is between $32/hr and $33.1/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-3+ years of Digital/Web Asset Management Experience.
  • Prior experience with JIRA required.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level customers directly or via an Ad Agency is required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and time-management skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Previous hands-on experience with headless CMS preferred (Contentful or similar).
  • Basic understanding of UX is desirable.
  • Solid understanding of asset management and optimization tactics within marketing preferred.

What You Will Be Doing

We're looking for a Web Producer who has a strong understanding of content management and publishing workflows within a Marketing organization. This position will be part of the Marketing Web Team and is responsible for publishing, editing, and updating content on our client's CMS. Our client's marketing team is the driving force behind their global brand, responsible for creating demand, driving growth, and establishing them as the construction platform of choice through lasting relationships with customers, prospects, and partners. They are the globally trusted voice to educate prospects and inspire clients, collaborators, and the ecosystem to champion meaningful change for the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Works under the direction of Senior Web Production team members to execute web releases and experiences.
  • Follows release instructions and quality assurance tasks.
  • Develops an understanding of quality and what to look for in releases through project tasks.
  • Gains an entry-level understanding of web success metrics and growth strategy.
  • Develops an entry-level understanding of UX.
  • Pays attention to detail regarding the editor experience (dialogs, editor views).
  • Completes projects within agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Identifies, prioritizes, and focuses on critical path tasks.
  • Produces multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Works under the direction of senior Web Production team members on:
    • Template and module system capabilities.
    • Solid understanding of asset management and optimization tactics.
    • Good understanding of CMS capabilities and requirements.
  • Follows web release and QA processes without the need for direction.
  • Builds a page from scratch based on a mockup or content brief.
