Web Designer at Yardi Romania
Yardi Romania is seeking a creative and talented Web Designer to join their team. This role involves leading the visual design, information architecture, and UI design for web applications, portals, and promotional websites. You will create visually appealing and functional websites that align with client brand identities and business objectives, focusing on both aesthetics and usability.
Your Impact
As a Web Designer, you will define markups and develop style sheets, ensuring cross-platform functionality and usability. You'll collaborate closely with clients and development teams to bring innovative real estate software solutions to life. This is a hybrid role based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm.
What You'll Bring Along
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- 3+ years of experience in web-based graphic or interface design.
- Practical understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, jQuery).
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design and Development, Art, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent design sense, creativity, and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills for design and layout challenges.
- Awareness of accessibility and SEO principles.
It's Considered a Plus
- Familiarity with Bootstrap and Flexbox.
- Experience with user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams on project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Define and develop website aesthetics, including color schemes, layout, typography, and imagery.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to establish structure and user flow.
- Build and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and intuitive design across all devices.
- Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies.
