As part of a replacement, we are looking for a permanent contract for our site based in Aubenas (07):
Your Role as a Warehouse Operator
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will join a team of 8 people, and your main missions will be:
- Receive Goods
- Unload trucks and perform reception controls.
- Enter receptions into ERPLX system in accordance with the current procedure.
- Physically receive and control goods in external storage depots.
- Store Goods
- Stack pallets in racks.
- Record and stack pallets coming out of production and packaging.
- Supply the main warehouse from external depots.
- Supply Production Services
- Prepare production orders (OFs) to supply packaging and production using the IT system.
- Manage Consumable Stocks for Production Sectors
- Prepare consumable orders for various factory services and update computer stock.
- Additional Missions
- Perform rolling inventories on finished goods (EDC) and raw materials.
Required Competencies
- Professional Baccalaureate level.
- Mandatory forklift license (Permis cariste).
- CACES 1, 3, 5 certifications.
- Knowledge of CMMS (GPAO) systems and IT systems related to activities.
- Rigor.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Team spirit.
POST CLASSIFICATION: 2B (Pharmaceutical Industries collective agreement)
START DATE: Permanent contract to be filled on 01/03/2026. Priority given to internal B+L mobility.
The position is during the day but may evolve into a 2x8 shift system in the long term.
