We operate globally with both on-site and remote agents, focusing on enhancing customer journeys and driving scalability.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This role's primary responsibility is to maintain organization, prioritize efficiently, complete tasks effectively, and support the Executive Assistant.
The ideal candidate possesses an excellent command of the English language, a strong work ethic, and prior administrative experience. You should be capable of handling administrative projects and delivering high-quality work with minimum supervision.

Position Responsibilities
The successful Virtual Assistant will be enthusiastic, confident, and flexible, demonstrating strong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task, prioritize under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties.
- Accurately and efficiently capture and input information into the company database.
- Keep all filing systems up to date.
- Provide team-based support.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Respond to emails and phone calls.
- Schedule meetings.
- Book travel and accommodations.
- Manage a contact list.
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records.

Candidate Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (BPO preferred).
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking ability.
- Wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+).
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
