We are actively seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This role's primary focus is organization, task prioritization, efficient task completion, and providing support to the Executive Assistant.
The ideal candidate will possess an excellent command of the English language, a strong work ethic, and prior administrative experience. You should be capable of managing administrative projects and delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.

Position Responsibilities
The successful Virtual Assistant candidate will be enthusiastic, confident, and flexible, demonstrating strong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task, prioritize work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties
- Accurately and efficiently capture and input various forms of information into the company database

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (within a BPO preferred)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)

Physical Requirements
This remote Virtual Assistant job operates in a professional environment. The employee will be largely sedentary, requiring prolonged sitting/standing while using a computer and telephone headset. Regular operation of computer and office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer, is required. Occasional movement around the office, reaching, raising/lowering objects, moving objects, holding objects, and exerting force up to forty (40) pounds may be necessary.
Conditions of Employment
All MCI Locations require authorization to work in the country where the job is based. The Virtual Assistant role is subject to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint, and drug screening, with job offers contingent on results.
