We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain organization, prioritize tasks, complete them efficiently, and support the Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess an excellent command of the English language, a strong work ethic, and prior administrative experience, capable of handling administrative projects and delivering high-quality work with minimum supervision.

Position Responsibilities
The successful Virtual Assistant will be enthusiastic, confident, and flexible, demonstrating strong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task, prioritize work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties.
- Accurately and efficiently capture and input various forms of information into the company database.
- Keep all filing systems up to date.
- Provide support in a team-based environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Respond to emails and phone calls.
- Schedule meetings.
- Book travel and accommodations.
- Manage a contact list.
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records.

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (BPO experience preferred).
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+).
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).

Physical Requirements
