What You Bring
- Minimum 15 years' experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in leading all phases of the M&A transaction process.
- Strong financial, analytical, valuation and modeling skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with executive level stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage projects on tight timelines.
