Testing Project Manager

Overview

The Testing Project Manager role at Lensa involves active contribution to the testing and validation of products, solutions, and systems. This position includes planning, coordination, and execution of laboratory and field validation testing, inspections, and data acquisition to support product design and quality objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute laboratory and field validation tests.
• Design and construct test facilities and instrumentation systems.
• Develop testing software and specialized technical knowledge.
• Contribute to strategy, policy development, and quality best practices.
• Use technical expertise for data analysis and decision support.
• Lead small projects and build consensus across teams.

Required Qualifications

Significant experience in Engineering, Technology, and Testing is required. A Master’s degree in a related field or an equivalent record of relevant experience is expected.

Desired Characteristics

Strong planning and project management skills, ability to work in a matrixed organization, and experience in similar environments are desired.
