Overview

PNC seeks a Technology Integration Specialist to support Tempus Technologies. Based in Auburn, IN, you will blend on-site, field, and remote work to integrate secure payment solutions. The role involves collaborating with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams, serving as a trusted technical advisor and troubleshooting integration issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with various teams to align integration with client goals.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and document requirements.
  • Oversee customer-facing API specifications and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Educate stakeholders on product features, API functionalities, and industry standards.
  • Contribute feedback to drive product and feature improvements.

Ideal Candidate

The right candidate is consultative, collaborative, and adept at explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Programming experience, integration frameworks understanding, and field troubleshooting skills are necessary.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on integration with Web APIs and payment systems.
  • Experience with technologies such as XML, JSON, Delphi, Vue.js, HTML/JavaScript, C#, and .NET.
  • Background in solution architecture or technical consulting.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, is required. PNC does not provide sponsorship for employment visas.
