The Technical Support Service Desk Associate Healthcare Remote at NTT DATA delivers exceptional technical support to healthcare customers. Based in Fargo, ND, this position is critical in handling calls, emails, chat, and self-service contacts in a 24x7x365 call center environment.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Job Requirements
