We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our product and engineering teams, ensuring smooth, predictable, and efficient software delivery. This is a mid-level Agile delivery role focused on execution, not product strategy or technical architecture.

You will be instrumental in running sprint ceremonies, maintaining accurate Jira records, supporting technical documentation, and proactively unblocking teams. Collaboration with Product and business stakeholders to clarify requirements is key, as is working closely with engineers to capture and manage technical details for execution.

What You'll Do

• Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain Jira hygiene, ensuring work, priorities, and status are always clear.
• Prepare upcoming sprints and identify under-defined or risky work early.
• Track delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and provide clear updates.
• Identify and surface blockers and delivery risks proactively.
• Coordinate releases, sprint close-out, and internal release communication.
• Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to clarify requirements; work with engineers to document and update technical requirements.
• Contribute to improving and documenting delivery processes.
• Utilize AI tools thoughtfully for documentation, analysis, and communication, while taking full ownership of accuracy and quality.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum Mastery, or technical delivery roles.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Agile workflows.
• Proven experience running Agile ceremonies independently.
• Familiarity with mobile and web software development environments.
• A passion for execution, organization, and making work visible.
• Comfort in experimenting with AI tools as productivity and clarity aids.
• Excellent judgment and ownership over AI-assisted output.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
