Position Overview: Talent Acquisition Partner Operations
The Talent Acquisition Partner Operations is instrumental in supporting Paylocity's current and forecasted hiring needs. This role involves assisting in full life cycle recruiting, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, and maintaining candidate engagement throughout the hiring and onboarding processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Implement strategies and initiatives to enhance recruiting, selection, orientation, development, and retention of talent.
- Manage the entire staffing function from employment requisitions and job postings to recruiting and new employee onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Management team to define position requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Conduct telephone interviews and coordinate further interviews for selected candidates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during on-site interviews, managing initial greetings, application paperwork, and assessment tests.
- Provide recommendations and consultation to hiring managers on interview processes and candidate selection.
- Maintain consistent communication with active candidates to ensure sustained interest and proactively address potential issues.
- Oversee recruitment advertising and collaborate with other Talent Acquisition professionals to ensure a consistent recruitment message.
- Track and report metrics for open and filled positions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or a High School diploma/GED combined with equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting and/or sales for diverse positions within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability in identifying and hiring successful candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- A customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost sensitivity.
- Proficiency in establishing priorities, working independently, and achieving objectives with occasional supervision.
- Understanding of Talent Acquisition concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel.
