The Role of a Talent Acquisition Partner
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a trusted advisor within Leggett & Platt's HR team, specifically supporting the Automotive group. This is a contract role (6 months) working remotely from the US or Canada. You will drive full-cycle recruiting strategies, attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent, aligning recruitment initiatives with business priorities, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand business needs and role requirements.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to verbal offer.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across multiple channels.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform talent acquisition decisions and improve processes.
- Foster a fantastic candidate experience through clear communications and personalized engagement.
- Collaborate effectively with HR Business Partners.
- Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to support metrics and compliance.
- Ensure process alignment with all compliance and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably in a Manufacturing Environment (Global Preferred).
- Proven experience building relationships and influencing business leaders as a consultative partner.
- Expertise in diverse sourcing strategies and talent pipelines (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, with a focus on technical and professional positions.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), with SuccessFactors preferred.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary range for this contract position is $70,000 to $85,000, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills. Leggett & Platt is committed to transparency and equity in all compensation practices.
