About the Role: System Support Admin
Lensa is promoting a fully remote System Support Admin position for a mortgage company. This role is crucial for providing day-to-day administrative support across mortgage technology platforms like Encompass and related systems.
This is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for mortgage technology platforms such as Encompass and related systems.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes by setting up user accounts and configuring roles and permissions.
- Enable Single Sign-On (SSO) and ensure appropriate system access based on job function.
- Serve as first-level support for basic system issues, assisting with login problems, access errors, and common functionality questions.
- Escalate more complex technical issues to appropriate teams as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with IT, HR, and operations teams to ensure smooth user access and system reliability.
- Contribute to a positive new-hire experience through efficient system setup and support.
Skills and Requirements:
- 1+ year of professional experience in an administrative or technical position (Help Desk, Onboarding, Admin, etc.).
- Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency in basic technical troubleshooting, including resolving login failures, access errors, password resets, and SSO issues.
- Experience in setting up, modifying, and deactivating user accounts, roles, and and permissions in mortgage systems like Encompass.
