About the Role

The Sr. Test Automation Engineer at NTT DATA North America is responsible for leading testing teams in planning, designing, and implementing robust test automation frameworks and strategies. The role involves overseeing functional, integration, API, and regression testing using C#/.NET frameworks and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage onshore-offshore testing teams.
  • Plan, design, and implement automation frameworks and strategies.
  • Execute end-to-end cross-functional testing including API, Azure services, and Oracle database testing.
  • Collaborate with client teams, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Drive Gen AI and Agentic AI-based solutions for test optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years in application testing and 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in test planning, framework development, and automation design.
  • Hands-on experience in C#/.NET based test automation.
  • Strong skills in API testing, Azure services, and database testing.
  • Excellent client management and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to Oracle 12, Salesforce platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Professional testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
