Position Overview

Lensa presents a unique opportunity through Arrow Electronics, a global leader in electronic components and computing solutions. As the Sr Merger & Acquisition Analyst Finance, you will shape growth strategy by identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities in a high-visibility strategic role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential acquisition targets and strategic partners.
  • Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in end-to-end deal sourcing, negotiation, and integration.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Present regular updates to senior leadership on corporate development.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, private equity, or transaction services. Advanced financial modeling skills and strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential. Proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerPoint is expected.

Work Arrangement & Benefits

This role is hybrid with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, with an option for remote work and potential relocation in the future.
