Responsibilities

Experience & Education

Preferred 5-7 years in ITSM implementations and CMDB management in an enterprise, preferably healthcare. A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or related fields is strongly desired, with relevant certifications like ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL 4 Foundation preferred.
